We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts to lead our finance function and drive strategic financial planning and reporting. You will oversee accounting operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide actionable financial insights to support business decisions.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and review financial statements, tax filings, and regulatory reports in compliance with Indian accounting standards
- Lead and mentor the finance team, conduct performance reviews, and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecast financials, and analyze variances to support strategic planning
- Conduct internal audits and implement control measures to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy
- Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities
Requirements
- CA (Chartered Accountant) or equivalent qualification; 6–10 years of experience in finance and accounts management
- Demonstrated expertise in financial statement preparation, taxation, and compliance under Indian regulations
- Strong knowledge of accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, or similar) and proficiency in Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Sound understanding of GST, income tax, and corporate governance frameworks
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally

- Experience in ERP implementation or process automation
- Familiarity with audit processes and internal controls frameworks
