You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to work in India to register as a candidate. Companies must be legally registered entities operating in India.
Candidates must provide accurate and truthful information. Misrepresentation of experience, skills, or availability may result in account suspension. You are responsible for keeping your profile up to date, including your notice period and available-from date. You agree not to apply to roles you are not genuinely interested in or qualified for.
Companies must post only genuine, active job openings. Fake listings, salary misrepresentation, or using candidate contact details for purposes other than hiring is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. Companies are responsible for all communications made to candidates through or outside the platform.
The following are prohibited on immid.in: • Posting fraudulent or misleading job listings • Harvesting or scraping candidate data • Sending spam or unsolicited marketing to candidates • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions • Any activity that violates applicable Indian law
All content on immid.in — including the platform design, code, and branding — is owned by immid.in. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
immid.in is a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We do not guarantee employment outcomes or the accuracy of candidate or company information. We are not a party to any employment agreement made through the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, immid.in is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to immid.in in the preceding 3 months.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
