Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Expand the distributor and retailer network
- Manage and lead the sales team
- Conduct market visits and drive business development
- Oversee collections and sales reporting
Requirements:
- Prior experience in FMCG/food industry sales strongly preferred
- Proven track record of managing distributor and retailer networks
- Strong team management and leadership skills
- Willingness to travel for market visits
