DischargeAssist is hiring a Part Time Telecaller to help us reach out to hospitals and introduce them to our patient discharge solutions.
This is a part-time, work-from-home role — great for someone who wants flexible hours while doing meaningful outreach work in the healthcare space.
Responsibilities:
- Call hospitals (administrators, front-office, and decision-makers) to introduce DischargeAssist's products and services
- Clearly explain how DischargeAssist helps hospitals simplify and speed up the patient discharge process
- Understand each hospital's current discharge process and note down their specific requirements
- Schedule follow-up calls or demos with interested hospitals
- Maintain a simple daily log of calls made, hospitals contacted, and outcomes
- Follow up consistently with hospitals that have shown interest, until a decision is reached
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or phone-based outreach — selling background strongly preferred
- Comfortable making outbound calls to hospitals and speaking with administrative staff
- Good spoken communication skills (English + Kannada/Hindi is a plus)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
- A phone and stable internet connection
