Remote | India | Contract-to-Full-Time Opportunity
We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executives (BDE) and Business Development Managers (BDM) to join our growing business network across India.
This opportunity is open to freshers as well as candidates with up to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, or related fields.
The selected candidates will initially work on a 6-month remote contract, with an opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business contribution.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive or Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify genuine business opportunities and connect potential clients or business requirements with our team.
You can leverage your professional network, personal connections, referrals, LinkedIn, cold outreach, email, calls, or other suitable channels to identify potential opportunities.
This role is not limited to IT services. We are open to exploring business requirements across multiple sectors, including:

• IT & Technology Services
• HR & Recruitment
• Logistics & Supply Chain
• Finance & Business Services
• Marketing & Digital Services
• Business Consulting
• Other relevant business requirements

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Identify and generate genuine business leads and project opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
• Understand the client's business requirements and identify suitable service opportunities.
• Introduce and connect potential clients with our team for further discussions.
• Use networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, and other suitable methods to generate leads.
• Follow up with potential clients and support the initial stages of business discussions.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure the right requirements are connected with the appropriate services or solutions.
• Focus on generating quality and relevant opportunities rather than random or unqualified leads.
• Support the growth of new business opportunities across different industries.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience can apply.
• Good communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Interest or experience in Business Development, Sales, Lead Generation, Client Acquisition, or Marketing.
• Ability to understand basic business requirements and identify potential opportunities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Candidates with an existing professional network or experience in client acquisition will have an added advantage.

Performance Expectations
We believe in focusing on quality over unrealistic targets.
Candidates will not be pressured with excessive daily or monthly targets. The focus will be on identifying genuine business opportunities.
Even 1–2 valid project opportunities or client requirements can create significant value when they match our services and lead to successful business discussions.
Compensation & Growth Opportunity
During the initial 6-month contract period, candidates will receive an attractive commission of approximately 10%–15% for successfully closed projects, depending on the nature and value of the project and the agreed terms.
Based on your performance, consistency, contribution, and successful business development, there will be an opportunity to transition into a full-time role with a competitive salary and long-term growth opportunities.
