We are hiring Software Development Trainees to join Immid Tech India Pvt Ltd — India's immediate hiring platform. This is a full-time entry-level role designed for fresh graduates who are passionate about building real products and growing fast.
What you will do:
- Work alongside senior engineers on the immid.in platform (Next.js, Node.js, PostgreSQL)
- Build and test new features under close mentorship
- Learn how production systems are designed, deployed, and monitored
- Participate in daily standups, code reviews, and sprint planning
- Graduate into a full Junior Developer role within 3–6 months based on performance
Who we are looking for:
- Fresh graduates from any BE / BTech / MCA / BSc (CS/IT) programme — 2023, 2024, or 2025 batch
- Strong fundamentals in programming (any language — C, Java, Python, or JavaScript)
- Eagerness to learn and a get-things-done attitude
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- No professional experience required — your learning speed matters more

Stipend / Salary: ₹15,000–₹20,000/month during training; revised to full CTC on conversion
