Job Description
We are hiring a Last-Mile Delivery Supervisor to manage a fleet of delivery riders and ensure on-time, damage-free deliveries for our e-commerce clients.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily dispatch planning and route assignments for 30–50 riders
Track real-time delivery performance and resolve field escalations
Conduct daily briefings, training, and performance reviews
Maintain vehicle maintenance records and ensure route compliance
Requirements:
2–4 years of last-mile delivery or field operations experience
Experience managing large rider/driver teams
Familiarity with delivery apps and GPS tracking platforms
