SwiftMove is hiring a Warehouse Manager to run one of our 200,000 sq ft distribution centres in Chennai, handling FMCG and pharma clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all inbound, outbound, and storage operations with zero-damage targets
- Lead a team of 80–100 warehouse staff across shifts
- Maintain inventory accuracy (>99.5%) through WMS and cycle count discipline
- Drive continuous improvement across productivity and safety metrics
Requirements:
- 5–8 years of warehouse management experience
- Experience managing large teams in an FMCG or pharma warehouse
- Proficiency with WMS (SAP EWM, Manhattan, or similar)
- Strong operational discipline and attention to compliance
