SwiftMove is looking for a Freight Forwarding Executive to manage international shipments, customs documentation, and carrier coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate air and sea freight bookings with global carriers and freight forwarders
- Prepare and verify customs documentation — Bill of Lading, AWB, shipping bills
- Track shipments and proactively communicate status to clients
- Resolve customs clearance issues and coordinate with CHA agents
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of freight forwarding or customs clearance experience
- Knowledge of EXIM procedures, Incoterms, and customs tariff classification
- Familiarity with freight booking platforms (Cargowise, Oracle TMS)
- Good written and verbal communication in English
