Logistics Operations Manager

SwiftMove Logistics is hiring an Operations Manager to lead transportation and delivery operations across the Tamil Nadu corridor.

Responsibilities:

• Manage fleet deployment, route planning, and on-time delivery metrics
• Oversee a team of transport supervisors, drivers, and field coordinators
• Implement cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives
• Handle key client escalations and maintain service SLAs

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of logistics or supply chain operations experience
• Prior experience managing large field teams (50+ people)
• Proficiency in TMS (Transport Management Systems)
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
