QuickCart India is hiring a City Operations Manager to own end-to-end fulfilment operations across our dark stores in Delhi NCR.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 4–6 micro-fulfilment dark stores including staff, inventory, and SLAs
- Achieve <15 min delivery promise rates and 98%+ order accuracy
- Drive operational improvements through process redesign and technology adoption
- Hire, train, and manage a team of store managers and delivery supervisors
Requirements:
- 4–7 years of operations experience in quick commerce, e-commerce, or food delivery
- Prior P&L ownership at a city or zone level preferred
- Strong analytical skills — comfortable with operations dashboards and Excel
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, high-growth environment
