Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with 100+ hiring partners across IT, product, and analytics companies
- Organise placement drives, mock interviews, and resume review sessions
- Track and report placement metrics — offers, salary benchmarks, time-to-offer
- Coach learners on job search strategy, LinkedIn presence, and interview skills
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of campus recruitment, staffing, or EdTech placement experience
- Strong network in IT/tech hiring across Bangalore and other major cities
- Excellent stakeholder management skills (both learner-facing and employer-facing)
- Data-driven — comfortable building placement dashboards and reporting
