BrightPath is hiring an Instructional Designer to create engaging learning experiences across our live cohort and self-paced programmes.
Responsibilities:
- Design learning journeys, session plans, and learning objectives for new programmes
- Develop storyboards, learner workbooks, quizzes, and interactive exercises
- Work with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into accessible content
- Use LMS tools (Moodle, Teachable, or Canvas) to deploy and maintain content
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of instructional design experience, preferably in EdTech or corporate L&D
- Proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar eLearning authoring tools
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles (Bloom's Taxonomy, ADDIE)
- Good visual communication skills
