We are looking for a Banking Operations Executive to manage the back-office processing of loan disbursements, repayments, and customer documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Process loan disbursements, EMI collections, and closure requests accurately
- Verify KYC documents and maintain physical and digital records
- Reconcile daily transactions and prepare operations MIS
- Handle customer queries related to loan accounts
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of banking or NBFC operations experience
- Proficiency in core banking software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under volume pressure
- Graduate in Commerce or Finance preferred
