NovaCap is hiring a Risk Analyst to strengthen our risk management framework across credit, operational, and market risk dimensions.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess risks across lending portfolios and business operations
- Develop risk scorecards and early warning indicators
- Prepare monthly risk reports for the board and senior management
- Support stress testing and scenario analysis exercises
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of risk management experience in BFSI
- Proficiency in statistical tools (Python, R, or SAS)
- FRM or PRMIA certification is a plus
- Strong analytical and communication skills
