Relationship Manager — Retail Loans

We are hiring a Relationship Manager to drive retail loan disbursements by acquiring and managing a book of individual and salaried customers.

Responsibilities:

• Source personal loan, home loan, and vehicle loan customers through referrals and DSA networks
• Guide customers through the application and documentation process
• Achieve monthly disbursement targets
• Maintain post-disbursement customer relationships and cross-sell opportunities

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of retail lending or BFSI sales experience
• Strong network in the Mumbai market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Own vehicle preferred
