NovaCap Financial Services is hiring a Credit Analyst to evaluate loan applications and maintain the quality of our retail and SME lending portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Assess creditworthiness of retail and business loan applicants
- Analyse financial statements, bank statements, and bureau reports
- Prepare detailed credit notes with recommendations
- Monitor existing portfolio for early warning signals
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of credit analysis experience in a bank or NBFC
- Strong knowledge of credit bureau interpretation (CIBIL, Experian)
- Proficiency in Excel for financial modelling
- CA / MBA Finance preferred
