Collection Centre Operations Executive

We are looking for a Collection Centre Operations Executive to manage day-to-day operations at one of our Hyderabad diagnostic centres.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee sample collection, processing, and dispatch with zero-error standards
• Manage front-desk staff, phlebotomists, and centre-level inventory
• Ensure patient experience is smooth, timely, and compassionate
• Handle escalations, centre-level reporting, and compliance checklists

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of operations or healthcare administration experience
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry)
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts
