We are hiring a Healthcare Data Analyst to turn patient and operational data into insights that improve care quality and centre performance.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse patient flow, turnaround times, and test volumes across our collection centres
- Build dashboards and reports for operations and clinical leadership
- Identify trends in diagnostic data to support business decisions
- Maintain and improve data pipelines from our LIMS and billing systems
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proficiency in SQL and Excel; Power BI or Tableau is a plus
- Familiarity with healthcare data systems (LIMS, HIS, EMR) preferred
- Strong communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
