We are hiring a Product Manager to shape the future of immid.in — taking it from a fast-growing hiring platform to the definitive place for immediate talent in India.
What you will do:
- Own the product roadmap — prioritise ruthlessly based on user impact and business goals
- Work closely with engineering, design, and growth to ship features on a weekly cadence
- Conduct user interviews, analyse usage data, and turn insights into clear problem statements
- Write concise PRDs and acceptance criteria that leave no ambiguity for engineering
- Define and track product KPIs; run A/B experiments and share learnings
What we expect:
- 3–6 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or marketplace products
- Strong analytical mindset — comfortable with SQL, Mixpanel, or similar tools
- Excellent written communication — you write for clarity, not to impress
- Experience working in lean, cross-functional teams with fast release cycles
- Bonus: experience in HR tech, recruitment, or two-sided marketplace products
