Currently, I serve as Head of IT – India and lead Service Desk Operations across APAC and MENA regions for a global organization. I have been instrumental in building and scaling IT operations from inception, supporting globally distributed teams and business functions with remote work environments. My experience includes leading cross-functional teams across Cloud, Network, Security, NOC/SOC, and Service Delivery under follow-the-sun support model, ensuring seamless 24x7 service availability and business continuity across multiple geographies. I have also coordinated with global IT teams to drive technology transformation and implement enterprise solutions across regions. I specialize in IT strategy, cloud transformation across AWS, Azure, and GCP, cybersecurity, infrastructure modernization, and operational optimization.
